Basic Trip Planning
$75 – $150 per trip
- Ideal for single-destination travel (e.g., hotel + airfare)
- Includes up to two itinerary revisions
- Email support during the planning process
- Itinerary delivered via PDF or email
Custom Itinerary Planning
$200 – $350 per trip
- Best suited for multi-stop or international trips
- Includes hotel, flights, transportation, activities, and dining recommendations
- Three itinerary revisions included
- One virtual consultation (if needed)
- Personalized PDF itinerary with booking links
Group Travel & Destination Events
$350 – $600+ (based on group size and complexity)
- Services for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, or large friend groups
- Full-service planning, including group quotes and room blocks
- Coordination of bookings and communication for all group members
- Support available throughout the trip
Theme Park Vacation Planning (Disney, Universal, etc.)
$100 – $200
- Park ticket, hotel, and Genie+/Lightning Lane strategy
- Dining reservations and park day itineraries
- Covers planning for up to 7 consecutive days
- Includes support for one family unit
Add-on: Dining reservation management – $25
Cruise Planning
$100 – $250
- Cruise selection based on preferences and budget
- Cabin selection, port excursion suggestions, and flight/hotel coordination
- Two itinerary versions included
- Optional pre/post-cruise travel assistance
Hourly Consultation Services
$50 per hour
- Available for à la carte services, advice, or troubleshooting
- Can be credited toward a full package if booked within 30 days
